The Inspired Organizer® network is growing quickly, and we are currently looking for one of our many successful students from within the program to support our member community as a Mentor.

You will receive the coaching and training you need to confidently support and mentor our students through any obstacles they believe are blocking them from success.

You get to work from home or anywhere there is reliable internet access!

Please do NOT apply if: 

• You are impatient, uncoachable, or judgmental
• You are looking for something temporary
• You do not enjoy using the Facebook platform to build relationships

You must have:  

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, as the Mentor role will be supporting the Facebook group
• A desire to be part of a coaching and support team committed to serving our students at the highest level
• A full understanding and familiarity with the Inspired Organizer® program and other Pro Organizer Studio offerings (podcast, service network, coaching, etc.)
• A knack for learning things quickly
• The ability to take direction and be coachable

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Supporting students inside the Facebook group on completing the program material (we do NOT expect you to provide instant responses or be available 24/7!)
• Meeting quarterly with the Community Manager to share wins and collaborate on new ideas to improve the program

• Full training on community support guidelines and expectations for success
• Monthly 1:1 (or Mentor group) coaching calls with Jen where you can bring any particular challenge or opportunity in your business and get the professional coaching you need to overcome any obstacles standing in your way
